How long does a custom tent take to produce?
Printed canopies run 7–12 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available for event deadlines — tell us your date on the quote.
What frame quality should I get?
For weekly use (markets, sports clubs), choose a heavy-duty hex aluminum frame. For a few events a year, a standard steel frame is fine.
Can I print the whole tent in my brand color?
Yes. Dye-sublimation prints the entire top, valance and walls edge to edge, including Pantone-matched backgrounds.
Do tents come with weights and a bag?
Most kits include a wheeled carry bag; sandbag or steel weights are an add-on we recommend for any outdoor use.
Can you bundle a full booth?
Absolutely. Tent, table cover, two flags and a banner stand is our most-ordered event kit, and we'll quote it as one line.
