Larger orders unlock lower per-unit pricing, and every quote is free.
What is the minimum order for custom promotional items?
Most items have minimums between 12 and 250 units depending on the product. Pens often start around 250, drinkware around 24, apparel around 12 to 24, and tents and displays can be ordered as a single piece.
How long does it take to get promotional products with my logo?
Standard production runs about 7 to 14 business days after proof approval, plus shipping. Rush production is available on many items when you have a tight deadline.
Can I see a proof before I order?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing placement, size and color. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
What logo files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG files work for most methods, and if your logo is low resolution our team can redraw it at no charge.
